Online Find Unique Text Letters
List all distinct letters that appear in your text (each letter once). Optionally sorted alphabetically or by first occurrence. Client-side only.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What counts as a letter?
- By default A–Z and a–z. You can choose case-sensitive (so 'A' and 'a' are two unique letters) or case-insensitive (combined as one).
- What about numbers and symbols?
- Usually only alphabetic characters are included. Some tools let you include digits or all non-whitespace characters.
- Order of results?
- Often alphabetical (a, b, c...) or order of first appearance in the text. Sorted order makes it easy to see which letters are present.
