- What format should the binary be in?

- Does it support multi-byte characters?
- Yes. The decoder uses UTF-8, so Unicode characters beyond ASCII are supported when the binary represents valid UTF-8.
- What if the binary length is not a multiple of 8?
- Trailing bits that don't form a full byte are ignored; the tool decodes complete bytes only.
